Why foster?
Fostering is the SOLE reason we can save dogs. We are a 100% foster based rescue with no physical shelter. We cannot stress how important foster homes are. The more fosters we have, the more dogs we can save. Dogs are dying everyday due to lack of foster families. Won’t you consider fostering today?
There's nothing scary about fostering. We will never just throw a random dog into your home. This rescue is built on trust and communication and we will never place a dog with you that doesn't fit your lifestyle or that you are not 100% comfortable with!
Sure, it's a little work but it's worth the pay (dog kisses and cuddles ). Most of our dogs only require potty breaks, food 2x a day, some snuggles, and of course we encourage training and would LOVE to show you the ropes!
Expensive? NEVER! All costs are covered by the rescue including food, supplies, and veterinary bills. You are more than welcome to supply anything you choose as a donation while you foster but you are never expected to!
it's not nearly as sad as you imagine. There is a VERY good chance that if you didn't foster that dog, it would have been euthanized. So what's more sad? Watching your foster baby bound into their new lives with full body wiggles? Or knowing dogs are dying everyday that a foster is unavailable?
